Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Avadh Rasoi, we take great care in preparing and delivering our handmade food products. Since our products are edible and perishable in nature, we follow the policy below:
Return Policy
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Due to hygiene, safety, and food quality reasons, delivered food products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the ordered product is unavailable and the payment has already been made.
- If the product is damaged during delivery.
- If the package is leaking, broken, or significantly damaged upon delivery.
- If the order is lost in transit and the delivery remains incomplete.
- If an incorrect product or incorrect quantity is delivered.
- For damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect products, customers may be required to share clear photographs or videos of the package and product for verification.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take approximately 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Cancellation Policy
Avadh Rasoi reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Delivery service limitations
We may also require additional information from the customer to process an order.
If your prepaid order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the applicable refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
