At Avadh Rasoi, every jar is handmade in small batches in Avadh and carefully packed to reach you fresh — anywhere in India. Here's everything you need to know about how your order travels to you.

Where we ship

We deliver across India — to 24,000+ pincodes through our trusted courier partners. Wherever you are, ghar ka asli swaad reaches your doorstep.

Shipping charges

🚚 Orders of ₹549 or more — FREE delivery across India.
For orders below ₹549, the shipping charge (if any) is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Because our pickles are handmade in small batches, every order is freshly packed before dispatch. Orders placed before 5 PM are dispatched the same day — Sundays included. Orders placed after 5 PM go out the next day. During festivals or peak demand, this may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically reach you within 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote and non-metro pincodes may take slightly longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll share the courier name and tracking details on WhatsApp or email, so you can follow your parcel at every step.

Careful packaging

Our pickles travel in glass jars sealed with mustard oil. Every jar is tightly closed and cushioned in tamper-proof, leak-resistant packaging built to handle the journey across India.

Payment options

Pay securely via UPI, cards or net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes.

Delays beyond our control

Weather, festive rushes, regional disruptions or courier delays can occasionally affect delivery timelines. We'll always keep you updated.

Damaged or leaking in transit?

We pack with great care, but if your jar arrives damaged or leaking, please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and product, and we'll make it right with a replacement.
